Shipping policy
We offer shipping of skin care products to customers within the United States. Please read the following shipping policy to understand our shipping processes and policies.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $400 within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost, and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to report the damage. We may request photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. We will then either replace the damaged item(s) or issue a refund, at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information for your order shows that it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We may assist in the process, but we cannot guarantee a resolution.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
